T&C's for all Bookings.

By proceeding with an appointment—whether for a complimentary 20-minute consultation or a full 1-hour hypnotherapy session—you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, maintain professional standards, and foster a respectful and ethical therapeutic environment.

  • Right to Confidentiality: Any personal information shared during the consultation is kept confidential and handled in accordance with professional and legal standards.

  • Right to Clear Communication: Clients are entitled to clear information about what the consultation includes, how it will be conducted (e.g., by phone or video), and how long it will last.

  • Right to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients may cancel or reschedule the consultation with reasonable notice, with no penalties or charges.

  • Right to Respect and Professionalism: Clients are entitled to be treated with courtesy, respect, and without discrimination or judgment.

  • Right to Ask Questions: Clients can ask questions about the therapist’s approach, qualifications, and whether hypnotherapy is appropriate for their needs.

  • Right to Decline Sharing Information: Clients may choose not to answer certain questions or share details during the consultation, without consequence.

  • Right to Data Protection: Personal information collected during booking or the call is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations (UK-GDPR is applicable).

  • Right to Cancel or Reschedule: • Clients may cancel or reschedule the free consultation without penalty by providing reasonable notice (e.g., 24 hours). As this is a complimentary consultation, refunds are not applicable.

  • Right to a Refund (When Applicable): Clients may be eligible for a refund under the terms of the cancellation policy or if the practitioner cancels the session.

  • Right to Data Protection: Any personal or payment information provided during booking is protected in accordance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR if you’re in the UK/EU).

  • Right to Change Their Mind (Cooling-Off Period): If applicable under local consumer protection laws, clients may have a limited time to cancel after booking and receive a full refund.

  • Right to Access Terms & Conditions: Clients are entitled to access and review the full terms and conditions related to their booking at any time.

(Gillick competence refers to a legal standard in the UK that determines whether a child under 16 has the maturity and understanding to make decisions about their medical treatment without the need for parental consent).

  • Right to Alternative Arrangements in Case of Practitioner Unavailability: If the therapist cancels due to illness or emergency, clients have the right to reschedule or receive a full refund.
