Fees and Packages
Choosing to prioritise your mental health is a powerful and meaningful step.
To support you on this path, I offer a variety of packages and pricing options designed to suit different needs and situation.
There are also special promotions from time to time, so do keep a lookout for these.
Session Fees
The following are the standard session fees for Ideal Hypnotherapy services. The charge for in-person therapy is the same as via Zoom; both are equally effective. If you have any questions about the options or need guidance in choosing what’s right for you, I’m happy to discuss and help you find the best fit.
IH Therapy Session Fees
The fee for the first session is £150 (includes VAT). Typ. 1.5 – 2 hours.
It is £120 per session thereafter (includes VAT). Approx. 1 hour.
Payable via: Debit or Credit Cards (misc.), Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal (over the Stripe platform); in advance of the session. Or via online bank transfer, details sent by email.
This includes a complimentary relaxation MP3 recording to listen to before your first session.
I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute initial phone (or Zoom call) consultation to assess your needs and determine how I can help.
We will confirm a date for our first session, which will include a thorough understanding of you through a consultation form and a therapy interview, followed by a hypnotherapy session.
IH Packages
The main package fee can be applied to most services, if you believe you may require four or more sessions. The packages can be agreed on after the first session when we have a better idea of your needs moving forward.

1. Controlling Eating. £600 for 4 sessions.

All Weight Management programmes and sessions are arranged and booked directly with me and cannot be booked through the Booking system on this site. |

If you are currently receiving certain unemployment benefits or financial support, including Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance, and various Disability benefits, please get in touch. I offer concessionary rates (proof required). |

I believe hypnotherapy should be accessible to those who need it with reduced rates for:
Students – 15% off standard sessions;
NHS Staff – 15% off (both require a valid ID). I will send you a discount code for this after our initial call.

Notes:
- Fees for Supervision can be found on the Supervision page.
- Please refer to Ideal Express, a service for those in need of more immediate attention.
- All services are 1-2-1 (personal), other than Group Hypnotherapy, Schools and Supervision work.
- The full session fee will be charged for all cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- All package sessions must be taken within 3 months of the first one.
- If you choose not to continue after the first session of any Special Promotions package, the refund will be prorated on the remainder.
- All fees include VAT.
