Fees and Packages

Choosing to prioritise your mental health is a powerful and meaningful step.

To support you on this path, I offer a variety of packages and pricing options designed to suit different needs and situations, so you can choose what works best for you.

There are also special promotions from time to time, so do keep a lookout for these.

Session Fees

The following are the standard session fees for Ideal Hypnotherapy services. The charge for in-person therapy is the same as via Zoom; both are equally effective. If you have any questions about the options or need guidance in choosing what’s right for you, I’m happy to discuss and help you find the best fit.

IH Treatment Session Fees

The fee per session is £150, including VAT.

Payable via: Debit or Credit Cards (misc.), Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal (all over the Stripe platform); in advance of the session.

This includes a complimentary relaxation MP3 recording to listen to before your first session. Additionally, I provide printed or digital notes as general advice and information that may be helpful to you.

I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute initial phone (or Zoom call) consultation to assess your needs and determine how I can help. We will agree on a date for the first consultation, over Zoom or in person. 

The first consultation lasts 1 – 1.5 hours, thereafter approximately one hour.

If additional sessions are required after the first four, they are charged at £120 per session. Package fees are available if four or more sessions are required; see below.

The initial session will include a thorough understanding of you through a consultation form and a therapy interview, followed by a hypnotherapy session, if appropriate. We will then discuss the likely number of sessions needed.

IH Packages

The main package fee can be applied to most services, if you believe you may require four or more sessions. The packages can be agreed on after the first session when we have a better idea of your needs moving forward.

For all IH services, except those following.

£150 per session, or 4 sessions for £475, or 6 sessions for £700.

£120 per session.
Group Hypnotherapy
For five or more attendees: charged at £50 per person per hour. Schools’ Programmes fees on enquiry. All Group Programmes are arranged and booked between us, and not through the Booking system on this site.
Min. number of attendees = 5. Max. no. depends on venue size.
Stop Smoking/Vaping
£250 (one session, up to 2 hours). Stop Smoking/Vaping sessions are arranged and booked between us, and not through the Booking system on this site.
£120 per session thereafter.
Weight Management
1. Controlling Eating. £500 for 4 sessions. 2. Manage Your Weight. £500 for 4 sessions. 3. The Hypnotic Gastric Band Programme £600 for 4 sessions – £800 for 6 sessions. All Weight Management programmes and sessions are arranged and booked directly with me and cannot be booked through the Booking system on this site.
£120 per session thereafter.
Refer-A-Friend! If you refer someone to me, you will receive 10% off your next session. This applies only to one session and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or promotional offer. I will email you the discount code for this.
If you are currently receiving certain unemployment benefits or financial support, including Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance, and various Disability benefits, please get in touch. We offer concessionary rates (proof required). This cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotion or discount.
I believe hypnotherapy should be accessible to those who need it with reduced rates for: Students – 15% off standard sessions; NHS Staff – 15% off (both require a valid ID). I will send you a discount code for this after our initial call.


Notes:

  • Discounts do not apply to packages or smoking cessation sessions.
  • Please refer to Ideal Express, a service for those in need of more immediate attention.
  • All services are 1-2-1 (personal), other than Group Hypnotherapy and Schools work.
  • The full session fee will be charged for all cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • All package sessions must be taken within 3 months of the first one.
  • If you choose not to continue after the first session of any Special Promotions package, the refund will be prorated on the remainder.
  • All fees include VAT.
