This is not an exhaustive list, but it points to reputable sources, acknowledging that the industry is constantly evolving, as is the case in all fields.

This website’s words, views and opinions are based on my understanding and interpretations of the numerous models and theories underpinning hypnotherapy, which invariably involve psychology, other psychotherapies, sociological models, and various medical research publications. As far as I know, I have avoided plagiarising any text, as I firmly believe in interpreting what I read or hear from my education and evolving understanding of key ideas, through seminars, webinars and key texts.
