The following is a list of the numerous books and articles I consulted for this website, as well as the concepts, theories, and applications I have drawn upon from my past education and interests. This is not an exhaustive list, but it points to reputable sources, acknowledging that the industry is constantly evolving, as is the case in all fields.
This website’s words, views and opinions are based on my understanding and interpretations of the numerous models and theories underpinning hypnotherapy, which invariably involve psychology, other psychotherapies, sociological models, and various medical research publications. All pictures used are licensed to me from Adobe (or Pexels).
As far as I know, I have avoided plagiarising any text, as I firmly believe in interpreting what I read or hear from my education and evolving understanding of key ideas, through seminars, webinars and key texts.
Primary sources are from the schools where I have trained:-
Plus, all the CPD courses I have undertaken to date.
