As a professional personal development service, there are a few key steps to engaging with you and arranging therapy sessions; these are explained below, and we will go over them during our introductory call.
Steps:
Form & Consent – I will then email you a Consultation and Contract form to review, complete, and sign. Kindly return it to me before our first session.
Relaxation MP3 – I’ll send you a free MP3 to listen to before our first session, designed for general relaxation.
Book First Session – Schedule your first 60-minute session (online or in-person, Central London or Harrow, see Location). Payment is taken upon booking. Follow-up sessions last 45–60 minutes. (See: Step 2: Session Bookings).
Treatment Plan – We’ll plan future sessions based on your needs. I’ll teach you self-hypnosis to support long-term progress, and provide you with some helpful documents and links, related to your issue.
Between Sessions – You’ll be given simple exercises to reinforce progress and identify any remaining areas for focus.
Session Count – The number of sessions varies. Some issues may resolve in one session; most take 4–6 sessions, depending on complexity and consolidation needs. Some, like severe addictions, may take more than 6.
We may record one session (mp3) for you to repeat listen to after we have finished treatment (optional).
Follow-ups – Optional monthly or quarterly check-ins can be arranged to monitor and support ongoing progress.
Record-Keeping and Confidentiality – any relevant notes and data are kept securely, and in total compliance with legal and professional standards (GDPR).
In the final session, we will discuss whether further sessions are necessary, and I will signpost you to any additional support beyond hypnotherapy that you may benefit from.
All therapy is private, personalised and client-centred. You can stop the treatment at any time, of course. The experience is safe, natural, and designed to support your personal progress.
